Your responsibilities would include:
- Support the design and testing of operational controls to ensure their effectiveness in mitigating risks across the business.
- Assist in developing and maintaining process control documentation throughout the organization.
- Lead risk event investigations, oversee the preparation of reports identifying root causes, and actions, and monitor their resolution to successful completion.
You will need to have the following experience:
- Extensive experience in control management, including the development of control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, and ISO31000.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in the energy industry, external audit firms, or risk and control functions.
- Proficient in planning, designing, and executing control testing throughout the organization, ensuring active stakeholder engagement, collaborative issue resolution, and effective design of remediation plans.
