Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the job holder are
Communicate Senior Executive direction to a substantial program, portfolio of programs, or portfolio of
functions across the Company including strategic oilfield development planning. Tasks may include
contract or budget implementation, and monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes to contribute
to achievement of Company objectives and outcomes.
Communicate and supervise, as per the directions of MD, the implementation of strategic
operational plans and decisions, and participate as a member of the Executive, to achieve the
corporate objectives and outcomes.
Deputize/ Act of Behalf for the General Manager during periods of absence, and in relation to specific
matters, issues or elements of business operation as delegated from time to time by the MD, ensuring a
consistency of approach and decisions which align with the Company's objectives.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external
stakeholders and nurture effective communication with strategic partnerships
Take the lead role for the improvement and implementation of strong HSE discipline and updating
the EIA for the blocks.
Focus on cost and timeline of project execution according to international standard
Key Performance Metrics:
Maintaining daily production and export targets of 55,000 (Bopd).
Maintaining Minimal Equipment & Facility Downtime.
Optimizing Operational Cost per Barrel & organization Structure
Timely execution of projects including smooth handover from Projects to Operations Team.
Effective communication with government agencies & stakeholders.
No major HSE incidents
Handle and coordinate day to day issues between departments to ensure smooth execution of project
development tasks.
Provide strategic and operational feedback related to Company plans, programs and services, or major
issues which have significant timeline execution impacts.
Collaborate, communicate and influence planning, decision making and financial governance.
