We are a fast-growing global financial services firm specialising in providing India/Asia-based traders with access to US equity markets. With a strong presence across multiple geographies, we offer a dynamic and innovative platform that combines technology, liquidity, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a Corporate Actions Associate with at least 5 years of experience in corporate actions within a brokerage or banking environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and processing corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end processing of global corporate actions (mandatory and voluntary events) including dividends, stock splits, rights issues, mergers, and tender offers.

  • Ensure timely and accurate capture, validation, and communication of all corporate action events impacting US equity markets.

  • Monitor and reconcile entitlements, elections, and settlements with internal teams, brokers, and custodians.

  • Liaise with traders, operations, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and provide corporate action insights.

  • Maintain robust controls and adhere to internal policies, risk management practices, and market regulations.

  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

  • Provide accurate reporting and MIS to management as required.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate actions role at a brokerage or bank.

  • Strong knowledge of US equity markets and global corporate action processes.

  • Hands-on experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, and custodial interactions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with relevant financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, DTCC, or equivalent).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
