We are looking for an Entrepreneurial mindset who must lead change. Duties include:
Experience building FX option business from ground up , has experience in driving approval processes.
Support planning of forex option business by collaborating with relevant divisions in head office and other centres.
Know G10 and EM, has experience on structured products like TARFs, structured notes.
Develop and implement pricing, risk management systems, vol interpolation, can drive quant work.
- Provide competitive pricing and manage global order book maintaining high standard of customer service.
- target as allocated whilst ensuring full support for the sales business.
- Trade within allocated limits.
- Comply with trading regulations and standards.
- Keep management informed of any material change in position, profitability and market conditions.
- Liaise with head office regularly as well as on ad-hoc basis.
- Lead the building and carrying out plan of establishing a successful EMEA forex option business.
Provide expertise and knowledge to accelerate introducing new products and new currencies.
Maintain and build good relationship with interbank counterparts and market participants.
Provide competitive and consistent prices.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Well-developed and up-to-date knowledge of overall FX business (essential).
- Understanding of applicable regulations and internal policies (essential).
- Communication skills with correspondents in relevant department offices(essential)
- Broad knowledge of treasury products and business
- Contributing to team effort
- High standard of IT literacy to build and maintain tools for trading and to run e-FX
- Delivering continuous service improvement

SMCR qualification
Broad and thorough working knowledge of all FX products (Spot, Forward, NDF, FX Option, eFX)
Market making with proven trading skills
Well-developed up to date knowledge of eFX
Extensive knowledge of Treasury product and instruments and trading strategies in FX .
Proven market analysing skills
Networking skills demonstrated by ample market contacts
Project management and/or systems development skills
