The Client Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end onboarding and periodic review process for
clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams (Sales, Middle Office, Compliance), and regional counterparts to collect documentation, conduct due diligence, maintain accurate client data, and support ongoing account maintenance. The specialist also supports regulatory reporting, contributes to risk management efforts, and drives process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency
and client experience.
Duties include:
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from converted prospect to active
customer.
Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) for both new and existing clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and
internal policies, and risk-based trigger.
Engage directly with clients to collect required documentation and information for onboarding, periodic reviews and
account remediation.
Facilitate communication between clients, Sales and Middle Office teams post-account opening to support timely
account funding and trading.
