As the Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting senior management with strategic financial insights. You will work closely with the wider finance and trading teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in financial reporting or audit (Big 4 background is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Greek tax/accounting regulations
- Excellent Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Greek language skills a plus
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills
