What You’ll Do
- Administer Microsoft Fabric: Manage workspaces, capacities, and environments for security, compliance, and performance.
- OneLake Data Management: Centralize storage and simplify access for seamless collaboration.
- Implement Medallion Architecture: Design Bronze–Silver–Gold layers for scalable, reusable data solutions.
- Data Governance: Use Microsoft Purview for metadata, lineage, and compliance.
- Build Data Pipelines: Develop automated, scalable pipelines for diverse business needs.
- Integrate Data Sources: Ensure smooth ingestion and transformation from multiple systems.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously tune workflows for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
What our client is looking For
- Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric administration and governance.
- Hands-on expertise with OneLake and Microsoft Purview.
- Strong knowledge of Medallion architecture and Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) and real-time processing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft Fabric Engineer Associate certification is a big plus!
