As Head of Sales – FMCG, you will take full ownership for developing and executing the UK 
commercial strategy for our toilet paper and tissue products. 
You will build and lead the UK sales function, develop key retail and wholesale partnerships, and be 
accountable for delivering ambitious revenue, distribution and profitability targets. 
This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a commercial leader with a proven track record in 
launching or scaling FMCG brands in the UK grocery and wholesale sectors. 
Key Responsibilities 
• Develop and deliver the UK sales and route-to-market strategy for our brand. 
• Secure listings and build relationships with key customers including major multiples (Tesco, 
Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons), discounters, wholesalers, and convenience channels. 
• Recruit, coach, and manage a small but high-performing sales team as the division grows. 
• Negotiate joint business plans, promotional strategies and trading terms to build profitable, 
sustainable partnerships. 
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to ensure aligned brand positioning, pricing, 
and product availability. 
• Deliver annual sales, distribution, and profit targets in line with our UK entities growth 
ambitions. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to 
shape category and channel strategies. 
• Represent the brand externally at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. 
• Support future portfolio expansion into broader household and paper categories. 
Experience & Skills Required 
• 8+ years’ FMCG commercial experience, ideally within household, paper, hygiene, or grocery 
categories. 
• Strong track record of winning new business and building major UK retail and wholesale 
accounts. 
• Experience launching or scaling a new brand or division in the UK market.
