Your Mission
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Develop and execute the UK sales and route-to-market strategy
- Win listings with major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s) and wholesalers
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Negotiate joint business plans and trading terms
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and availability
- Deliver ambitious revenue, distribution, and profit targets
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What You Bring
- 8+ years of FMCG sales experience (household, hygiene, or grocery preferred)
- Proven success launching or scaling brands in the UK retail/wholesale space
- Deep knowledge of UK retail and route-to-market dynamics
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
