The Country Manager will oversee all operational and financial processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations, while driving growth and strategic partnerships. This leadership role is critical to implementing our Biosecurity at Border Crossings initiative in the region.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Proven leadership experience in managing operations and financial processes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and complex environment.

Mandatory fluency in English and French.

Experience in Africa and with government or international stakeholders is an asset.
