New for 2026! A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded COO to join a Global Financial Services Firm as a Commercial Director across Asset Classes.
This role combines a cross-asset coverage COO function with a Chief of Staff / Senior Consultant remit, working closely to support the strategic and commercial agenda of Capital Markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing a portfolio of projects and new initiatives across products and regions, ensuring effective execution and delivery, while collaborating closely with each of the asset class COOs.
Other duties will include:
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans and drive execution across multiple product lines and geographies.
- Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and markets aligned with the firm’s growth agenda.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness, operating efficiency, and client service delivery.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and expansion into new markets or product areas.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, counterparties, and industry stakeholders.
- Support pricing, product development, and distribution strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
- Monitor financial performance against commercial targets; provide insight, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
