Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for traders, schedulers and middle office to ensure trade accuracy and timely settlement
- Performing pricing validation, settlement calculations and issuing provisional and final invoices
- Reviewing and processing invoices, monitoring cash movements and resolving settlement breaks
- Managing settlement instructions, supporting onboarding and preparing settlement for payments and forecasting
- Identifying process improvements, supporting automation initiatives and contributing to system enhancements
You will need to have the following experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in settlements, trade operations or a related back-office role within commodities
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Coding or scripting skills such as Python, SQL or VBA are a plus
