You will be having the following responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Contracts team, driving continuous professional development and high performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain contracting policies and risk management frameworks.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts with counterparties, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation.
You will need to have the following experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, business, economics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
