We are a growing, well-regarded law firm based in the West End, with a strong and expanding residential conveyancing practice. The firm advises a broad client base including private individuals, investors, developers, and overseas buyers, and is known for high service standards and a modern, commercial approach.
The Role
The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its expanding property team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to high-quality matters and direct client contact from day one.
You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, working on a mix of residential conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities

Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions

Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process in a clear and commercial manner

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and related documentation

Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

Supporting the continued growth and development of the conveyancing practice
Requirements

2–4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or qualified Lawyer in residential conveyancing

Strong technical knowledge of UK residential property transactions

Experience managing files independently with minimal supervision

Confident client-facing skills and a professional manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
