Role Overview
The Junior Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email)
- Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including presentations and brochures
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, compliance) to ensure aligned messaging
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in fintech, financial services, or technology
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
