Our client is seeking an experienced Orchestrade Specialist to join its Operations Technology team. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and financial markets knowledge, working closely with technology, operations, and front-to-back business stakeholders to deliver and support a complex post-trade ecosystem centred around the Orchestrade platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to integrate Orchestrade with internal and third-party systems.
- Lead the deployment, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Orchestrade platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.
- Configure, implement, and optimise financial models, curves, market data, and risk analytics within Orchestrade.
- Monitor system performance, investigate production issues, and drive continuous platform enhancements.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to business users and operational teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance to support the successful migration and adoption of Orchestrade.
- Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of financial technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience working with the Orchestrade platform.
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL for automation, integration, and data management.
- Experience with C#/.NET and Orchestrade customisation is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of financial products, market data, risk analytics, and post-trade processes.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across both technical and business functions.
Candidates based in New York can expect a base salary in the range of $150,000 to $225,000+ , depending on experience and expertise. In addition to base salary, the package includes a significant annual bonus , guaranteed in the first year and subsequently linked to both individual and firm performance, alongside a competitive benefits package.
